Payment
All prices, taxes, and totals are shown in US dollars ($USD). Conversion to local currencies happens through your credit card bank at the time of sale. We accept PayPal, credit card and Paypal 3 installments.
With this kind of payment you will have only 4.5% costs add at your order.
You can purchase gift certificates and applying them to your order.
American Customers: The amount shown at checkout is in USD, and includes all taxes, duties, and fees for delivery to your door. There are no hidden charges or brokerage fees collected later.
Canadian customers: The amount shown at checkout is in USD, and includes all taxes, and other cost for delivery to your door. There are hidden charges or brokerage fees collected later that change for each Canadian State.
Shipping
Shipping Restrictions: Orders for physical goods can only be shipped to the United States and Canada. Orders can only be shipped to a confirmed billing address, or a verified shipping address via PayPal. We cannot ship to a “Package Forwarding Service” due to the high incidence of fraud associated with this method.
Carrier Delivery: we ship only with DHL courier express with only INSURED SHIPPING. On the voice “Shipping cost”, on the cart, price included total insured of invoice. For this is important to control very well package and the products inside.

Shipping Timeline: Transit Times below are calculated in business days, excluding weekends/holidays. For instance, an order placed on Friday will be shipped Monday and arrive the following Monday at the earliest.
DHL usually respects time delivery that is between 7 or 10 days but you will monitoring all from tracking number that DHL generate appositely for you.
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking email from DHL as soon as a shipping label is created for your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information on their site. Delivery Requirements: EVERY ORDER REQUIRES A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. Carriers will usually try to deliver three times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Any undeliverable orders will be subject to our return policy. If preferred, we may be able to make these arrangements for you. Reach out to sales@redsound.it for this request. Please note, we are not always able to do this and even when we can, the pickup location is determined by the carrier.
Return Policy
INCLUDING REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES
With the exception of B-stock and closeout products, for which returns are not accepted, all RED SOUND products come with a 15-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days for a full refund (less shipping costs duty and taxes).
This guarantee is only applicable to new units bought directly through RED SOUND. B-stock, accessories, and all other non-standard products are not covered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please email sales@redsound.it and an our experts will contact you to give assistance or eventually give you the support to return correctly the product.
All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.
All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. The amount of the refund shall be the original purchase price less the original cost of shipping and handling at the time the order was placed.
NOTE: You are fully responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
We strongly recommend that you:
(1) use a carrier that offers tracking for all returns and
(2) insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment.
Any product that is not returned in the original packaging will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
Units must be returned in as-new condition. Any products returned that are not in as-new condition may be rejected and returned to sender at the sender’s expense or assessed a 10% restocking fee at our discretion. Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection of any returned products.
Warranty Policy
RED SOUND warrants that your new RED SOUND product shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, RED SOUND shall, at its sole option, either repair or replace any product that proves to be defective upon inspection by RED SOUND.
This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser for units purchased directly from RED SOUND in the US or Canada.
This is your sole warranty. RED SOUND does not authorize any third party. Service and repairs of RED SOUND products are to be performed only at the RED SOUND factory or a RED SOUND authorized service center. Unauthorized service, repair or modification will void this warranty.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
THE WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS SOLD BY RED SOUND APPLIES ONLY TO PRODUCTS OWNED AND USED IN THE USA & CANADA.
Products purchased from unauthorized “gray market” or “parallel import” dealers are NOT covered by the standard warranty. This includes units purchased in the USA and sold elsewhere through web sites such as eBay or reverb.com.
RED SOUND SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUFFERED BY THE PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT. RED SOUND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR SUITS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. This warranty only applies to products sold and used in the USA and Canada. RED SOUND shall not be liable for damages or loss resulting from the negligent or intentional acts of the shipper or its contracted affiliates. You should contact the shipper for proper claims procedures in the event of damage or loss resulting from shipment.
